Belal Kattan is the Syrian-American chef/owner of Bazaar, the “Syria meets everything” pop-up & private dining concept based in Dallas. Chef Kattan started his career in Dallas by making his way through the ranks of some of the best restaurants in the city, during which he developed a professional identity as a pasta maker. His food is influenced by the global flavors he experienced while growing up in Syria.
